About

With over 20 years of experience in the fields of early intervention, applied behavior analysis, and special education, Elizabeth Isralowitz has worked with hundreds of children and families to maximize individual progress within a nurturing, family-centered, and culturally inclusive environment.  Her experience spans from the classroom to clinic and community settings.  As a behavioral health professional, she coached parents, clinicians, and educators on intervention and instructional strategies for individuals with a wide range of developmental and behavioral health concerns.

 

Ms. Isralowitz holds several instructional credentials and a Board Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis (BCBA).  She earned a Masters of the Arts in early intervention and special education from Teachers College, Columbia University.  She also holds a masters degree in research and statistics from UC Riverside. 

 

Ms. Isralowitz is engaged in research on evidence-based interventions to improve the lives of families and individuals with developmental disabilities.  She is also actively involved in community efforts to improve the quality of life for all individuals living in the greater Los Angeles area.  Ms. Isralowitz is currently a PhD student at the University of Southern California and manages Small Steps Intervention, a consulting firm in Los Angeles, CA.
